Shaunt Oozoonian, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Shaunt Oozoonian is an attorney licensed to practice law in California, with State Bar Number 333044. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in Southern California where he focused his studies in business law and contracts drafting earning the Business Law Practice Certificate with Distinction from Western State's Director of Business Law and Law School Dean.

Prior to law school, Mr. Oozoonian attended the University of California - Riverside (UCR) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. The study of complex and dense material adequately prepared him for law school and quality processing of contracts. While attending UCR, Shaunt served as a Resident Advisor leading students to follow passions, explore social communities and excel in academics. Shaunt worked at the school theatre as the fly-rail operator, took a trophy home with his intramural basketball team, and served in the role of Parliamentarian for the student government.

Mr. Oozoonian simultaneously earned his high school diploma from Beckman High School and an Associate's Degree from Irvine Valley College, joining his high school's tennis team.
Beyond his legal practice, Shaunt spends his free time volunteering for local organizations, watching hockey, enjoying the beach or a g&t.

Shaunt's passion is to make sure that every business and every individual properly reviews, redlines and negotiates their contracts and written agreements to catch every red flag, plan for risk, and ensure a successful business transaction and relationship.
Elena Bendroff
Executive Assistant
Elena spearheads the executive assistant role at Oozoonian Law Corporation making sure that each active client receives monthly communication.
Although born and raised in Orange County, Elena earned her undergraduate degree in Family Studies and Human Development from University of Arizona and further achieved a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Arizona State University.
Much like our clients, Elena is an entrepreneur and, with a passion for helping others, operates her own business: Creative Desk by Elena.
Elena is invested in the success of every client and helps keep OLC organized.
Beyond work, Elena enjoys a good cup of coffee (especially, an oat milk latte) and supporting small businesses at local farmer's markets.​
