Contract Review
If your business is presented with a contract to sign, either from another business or a consumer, you want to be able to make sure that the contract accurately sets forth the deal you just spoke about. Too often people sign contracts thinking "everything we talked about is in there" or "he said this, she said that before we signed" but if the contract doesn't have it in writing, it doesn't matter who promised what.
