Custom Contracts
(Drafting a contract from scratch)
Pricing varies from $1,000+

Sometimes the party you are transacting with doesn't have a contract to present to you. Other times, the other party may not want a written contract at all. Or your business might provide a service and you need to have a standard agreement crafted to use with every customer you close.

In this case, you will need a custom contract.

So what's the difference between reviewing/revising a contract versus drafting a contract from scratch?

The main difference is the quality and care that goes into drafting a custom contract. If you provide a product or service to your client-base, you critically need a custom contract that you can utilize day in and day out with every single customer. This document needs to be comprehensive, trusted, and extremely detailed.

In order to capture those details, OLC schedules a meeting with you to breakdown and absorb the operation of your business. A standard contract is essentially putting your entire business onto paper! Then, OLC will tailor a custom contract that you can rely on.

Once we understand your business, OLC is skilled to foresee contract issues, needs for details and descriptions in the contract, and best dispute resolution tactics in order to create an ironclad standard agreement for use by your business.

A review and revision of a contract includes changing the terms already present and, of course, adding the provisions that are blatantly missing or necessary for your business' growth or protection. A custom contract, however, requires in-depth analysis of the operation of the contract and its target audience to streamline your procurement of customers.

Each custom contract is performed at a flat rate that OLC can provide after understanding the purpose of the contract, including its target audience and intended use.

Our years of experience has provided us a process to be able to properly tailor and craft your business' standard agreements.

The OLC Warranty. All custom contracts come with a 2 - year 'warranty' that includes: 3 revisions prior to a final draft; 1 revision the year after use, and 1 additional revision two years after use.
This 'warranty' is extremely helpful to our clients that accidentally forget to mention something to OLC during the meeting explained above.
